The SPEKTRUM Agency has worked in consultancy and education since 1990, focusing on human resources management.

The agency’s top priorities include:

  • Communication training and development of a wide range of psychological skills for various professional groups (managers, business representatives, assistents, personnel officers, public relations officers etc.);
  • Management consultancy and education;
  • Selection procedures, psychodiagnosis, assessment centre and other diagnostic methods for the improvement of the organization’s human potential;
  • Teambuilding – cooperation on the establishment of working and project teams, improvement of inside team relations as well as organising reconditioning workshops focusing on self-understaning, colleague-understanding and harmonisation the team relations.

We cooperate both with trade companies, manufacturing firms, financial institutions and state organizations. Moreover, we provide our services to persons who need to develop their skills in connection with their professional and social role.

Selection procedures, courses as well as consultancy projects in the field of human resources are tailored to the results of the needs analysis for a particular client, in compliance with their assignment, and with regard to the specific needs of a particular profession and/or working position. The SPEKTRUM Agency focuses on the selection and education of managers of all levels, businessmen, agents, assistents as well as persons representing the company in public (public relations officers, press agents, delegates to international organizations etc.).
In addition to communication training and manager consultancy, the SPEKTRUM Agency provides specialised workshops focusing on the law and the issues concerning the European Union.

The staff of the SPEKTRUM Agency includes both inside and outside specialist with university degree mostly in psychology, andragogy, pedagogy and HR management.
